Jeremy Brett

Jeremy Brett was a British actor, famous for his role as Sherlock Holmes in the television series, "Sherlock Holmes" from 1984-1994. Brett was born on November 3, 1933 in Berkswell, Warwickshire, England, and began his acting career in the 1950s with the Old Vic theater company. Throughout his career, Brett was known for his roles in numerous films, television shows, and stage productions, including "The Importance of Being Earnest," "My Fair Lady," and "Nicholas Nickleby."
