Prince Adalbert Berengar Viktor

Prince Adalbert Berengar Viktor was a member of the German nobility and was born on July 14, 1948, in Munich, Germany. He was the son of Prince Georg-Friedrich of Prussia and his wife, Princess Sophie of Greece and Denmark. Prince Adalbert was raised in Bavaria and attended school in Switzerland before studying economics at the University of Munich. He later went on to work in the finance industry in Frankfurt and New York. In 1973, Prince Adalbert married his first wife, Marie-Alix Baumann, but the marriage ended in divorce in 1985. He then married Agnes Franziska von Branca in 1994 and they had two children together, Friedrich Wilhelm and Elisabeth Christine. Prince Adalbert was known for his philanthropic work and served as president of the Bavarian Red Cross. He was also involved in the preservation of cultural heritage in Bavaria and was a member of several historical societies. On August 28, 2012, Prince Adalbert passed away at the age of 64 in Munich, Germany. He was remembered for his commitment to public service and his contributions to the preservation of Bavarian culture.
